Simplement magnifique
MESSAGE FROM : FATIMA ANFIF - FRANCE - January 2015

“One of the best! Wow!”

Having travelled all over the world we found the service at this boutique hotel to be possibly the best we have ever experienced! We could not find more helpful staff, owner/manager and his assistant obviously run a tight ship where the staff are treated well and are happy, this shows.

Hotel is very intimate and no one ever asks for you to sign as they know which room you are in. Breakfast is simple but delicious, well presented, and consistent. They add a little variety everyday with different fruit or pastries. On the topic of food, I had four meals from the restaurant and they were of the highest quality of freshness and taste. Hats off to the chefs. Way better than in the town and very reasonably priced.

Room was nice but no real usable balcony, just access to room. This is offset by the fact that hotel is so small and the outside seating is superb. Wifi was free but poor strength so not always available, easily fixed I am sure.

“Great way to start a Koh Samui stay”

Loved it - nice room, great pool - mineral water really makes a difference, and awesome food. Even though we happened to be there in the middle of rainy season and couldn't really go to the beach, we really enjoyed hanging out at the hotel. Pleasant places to chill out. Staff attentive when required. Pompom a great host as she was always there to organise a car or provide her opinion on things to see and do. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic - really good customer service, and genuinely nice. Best of all was the food - great breakfasts with quality French bakery items, and of course excellent Thai food. Will be coming back another day for sure.

“Parfait”

“The most excellent vacation trip”
When we were in Beluga for 11 days, we experienced trully genuine care about us. Whenever we had any issues or questions, hotel staff were ready to provide us with necessary help. And I was really surprised when general director Romain himself brought us a champagne with the best New Year wishes. Big thanks to Pom Pom))

MESSAGE FROM : anonymous “OMG SO UNIQUE” - Melbourne, Australia - July 2013
We stayed 5 nights, omg the resort is really beautiful. On arrival the lugguage is left at the back gate on a hill till the owner meets you, it is such a surprise walking down and seeing this beautiful resort looking over the sea, we were greeted with ice-cream, not any ice-cream delicious home made, and then taken to our room. Our room was a little smaller then i expected, but nicely appointed with even a Ipod coffee machine, bathroom was amazing, but best of all the views of the sea amazing even from the bed and blockout windows great! A lovely mineral swimming pool whith beautiful appointed loungers, and there little beach, all looking over the sea.
It is such a relaxing place, the bar serving great cocktails, delicious meals at good prices, specially love their breakfast, which changes every morning. Excellent service from all staff specially Pompom she makes everyone feel special. You can walk along the beach to shops etc for exercise, and dont forget you a right next to Grandfather Rock. We will definitely be back to this amazing place.
MESSAGE FROM : anonymous “Incredible view” - Frederiksberg, Denmark - July 2013
Very nice and friendly hotel situated at the most iincredibly place. Right on the rocks and with a fantastic view over the sea. We didn´t stay here, but often took a rest in the beach-bar, on our beach-walks. Allthough we only bought something to drink, the staff showed great hospitality. Once we allso had lunch, and it is worth recomending. Great salats!
The toilet in the pool-area is worth looking at . Build around the clifs, and beautyfully decorated.
As the names indicates, this hotel is only for people without children. Very peacefull.

For anyone who wants peace and quiet, impeccable friendly service, no families or children to deal with this is the place.
It's small. Boutique I guess. Which makes it even more of a find
Great breakfast all cooked fresh.
Great mineeal water pool , so refreshing
A few steps to the edge of the beach and amazing views along the length of lamai beach
All the staff are super friendly and helpful
Thank you for making my time there do pleasurable!
And the home made ice cream is superb too!
Also massage on the rooftop as sun sets.
The rooms are a little slightly small. But beautifully arranged.
A stunning place to get away from it all....
MESSAGE FROM : anonymous “Very good hotel!” - germany - July 2013
Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and I can say it's the perfect place to stay when you are on Koh Samui. The hotel is situated at the southern end of the famous Lamai Beach. It has an own little private beach, a nice bar with very good cocktails and a restaurant where you can have thai food (and european food) which tastes just amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are nice decorated and very clean as is the whole hotel.
For breakfast you get a fresh fruit plate with different fruits right from the island and a plate with different sweets, cakes and bread. If you want to you can also order different kind of eggs or fresh thai food.
The owner and the whole staff of the hotel are very very friendly and very helpful and they make the hotel to a wonderful place for a perfectly relaxing holiday.

MESSAGE FROM : from Presto “Pure bliss...” - July 2013
We stayed here for 6 days and just didn't want to leave. its a bold statement but this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It's situated at the end of Lamai beach in a very quiet spot. It's about 15 minutes walk down the beach to Lamai but to be honest you'll struggle to leave the hotel. Dinky leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The service is exceptional and they make you feel like you're the only guest, such is the personal service. We are not one to eat at one restaurant throughout the holiday but the food is so good we ended eating at Dinky most of the time. The breakfast is wonderful, the mineral pool so refreshing.

To do :
Try the Strawberry iced dakari in the afternoon - simply the best way to cool down.
If you can force yourself off the sun lounger the 2 min walk to watch the sunset at grandfather rock is worth the effort.
Try the chicken and cashew nuts - in fact try all the menu it is superb.

Go - you won't regret it!
MESSAGE FROM : “Peaceful, Perfect Service, Great Staff” anonymous - Singapore - July 2013
The hotel is now called the Beluga Boutique Hotel. When I arrived there for the weekend on my own the hotel was very quiet which is normal in low season. The entrance is unusual and somewhat discreet (see my picture). The hotel has its own swimming pool and private beach. It is a very small hotel. The rooms are very clean and very large. I had lunch on Sunday morning and was very impressed by it. I also met Pompom the charming assistant to the boss whom I did not meet. Overall it was a good experience mainly due to the staff and particularly Ed who is really and spoke French to me.
MESSAGE FROM : “Calm, great service, sophistication. Truly 5 stars” Montreal - Canada - July 2013
This hotel is situated at the very end of Lamai beach close to Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks (really weird tourist attraction of you ask me..) and it has it's own almost private beach so it means this place is a synonym for peace and quiet.

Catering to an only adult crowd, you can rely on calm day lounging around the pool or on the beach. The service is a-m-a-z-i-n-g which means you will always have everything you need. Only try to open your umbrella by yourself to see 2 staff coming towards you to make sure you do not sweat it.

The staff is all very friendly, their English is very good and Pom even speaks french. The size of the hotel (only 14 rooms) means you will always get great service and you are close to literally everything you need.

The rooms are big enough for you needs (rain showers...wow!) and the included breakfast cater to everyone's needs (croissant, bread, jam, cheese, ham, eggs, omelettes, cereals, fresh fruits and pretty much everything else you may ask for). Eating at the hotel for lunch or dinner would also be recommended, great food for a very fair price.

Some of the best 5 days of my life, would go back in a heartbeat!

Room Tip: Double Deluxe sea view rooms are definitely worth the extra $.
